This is why company owners focus much of their resource is training programs that will get their employees up to speed with the technology as soon as possible. Even if the tech promises a “user-friendly” interface, that doesn’t exclude the fact that proper training is needed before full integration. The smart business owners will spend the necessary resources and money into professional training, while the dumber and often “greedier” bosses will get cold feet and leave the employees on their own. This a scenario that many business owners fall for; spending a lot of money on new technology only to get cold feet in spending the same amount on training their staff.
